• In-person reporting:
  At the request of the interested party, complaints may also be submitted in person. Requests must be made through one of the communication channels listed above.

At any time, and without prejudice to the internal reporting channels, the reporting person may also refer the matter to the French Defender of Rights (Défenseur des droits), the competent authority for whistleblower protection in France.

These channels are available to shareholders, directors, officers, employees, interns, temporary agency workers, agents, intermediaries, partners, suppliers, former employees and job applicants, as well as any persons working for or under their supervision.
